Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Not be damaged, altered, washed, or carry any signs of use.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless they are defective or you received the wrong item:

Sports underwear

Any garment that comes into direct contact with the body

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or because you received a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Alhisan Alriyadi is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
